Miramer hotel and resorts

Construction of the Fujairah Beach Resort with all facilities for hotel and apartments on the beach side near Le Meridian is the major project we are handled.
Dealt with architectural drawing , preliminary approvals , the hoarding works and soil investigation works at site. Al Fahim Group is the owners of this prestigious project in plot nos.
P 1, 2 & 3 at Al Aqah, Fujairah.

G+7 Residential/Commercial building , Al hayl, Fujairah

Completed G+7 Residential Commercial Building for Mr. Nayeif Khaleifa Ahmed Al taneji at plot no. M/56 Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Fujairah.
Designed the building with 5 shops and 6 typical floors with 4 flats on each floor, all services provided on ground floor.

Sajida building, Al Mahatta, fujairah

Renovation of G+1 residential /commercial building to a modern shopping center with contemporary
elevation and lighting for Sajida group and owner H.H.Sheikh Suhail AlSharqi at plot no 11/12, Al Mahatta, Fujairah.
Renovation architectural floor plans along with elevation of shopping mall. Also led with supervision of G+1 renovation as per government rules and regulations.
We are handled the preliminary approvals operations along with supervisions and soil investigation works are in progress at site.

Mercedes showroom ,
Thouban,fujairah .

Completed G+1 Floor commercial vehicle showroom and service center of Mercedes Benz for Gargash
Projects LLC on Plot No. A/160 Thouban, Situated at the Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah border, the new centre gives easy access to customers based around that location, making servicing easier.
Designed the facility with 8 workshop bays and 35 parking bays, enforced with technology in-line
with Mercedes-Benz worldwide standard and supervised the construction of the facility with all its
amenities.

G+1 Residential villa , AL Rumani, fujairah.

Completed G+1 Spanish Medittern Style Residential Building for Mr Hassan Mohammed AlKhameis AlSafadani on plot no.76/A in Al Rumani, Fujairah.
Designed the residential building with 5 bedrooms with 54m2 Master bedroom designed with its own bathrooms and dress room.Additional Service block providing with kitchen ,storage and maid room.
Supervised the construction of concrete structure on site along with soil investigations and work
progress on site.

G+15 COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL BUILDING , ALSHERIA.

Ongoing G+15 Residential Commercial Building for Sheikh Salem Sultan Saqer Mohammed Al Qasami at plot no. B/17 Al Sheria-1, fujairah
Supervision of G+15 building in al sharia area, in the new commercial /residential area of Fujairah. We are handled the preliminary approvals and supervisions and soil investigation works are in progress at site.

Through our designs, we strive to find the perfect balance between comfort, practicality and beauty. Our goal is not only to create stunning structures, but to improve lives. We have completed a large number of projects, with over 1200 projects in the East Coast Region. We have completed many Villas for Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme and had executed building works
